👉Issue 9: The Uncrank’d 2nd Anniversary
You still have time to send in any art, music, or a Playdate-related memory before issue 9 comes out in October.
Devs, there is an Autumn itch bundle in the works. DM me if you’re interested in showing off or launching your game.
The 2nd anniversary questionnaire is done along with a special non-animated Caption This image. I even included some fun non-Playdate questions too.
Remember, if you’re a Substack subscriber and/or UNcrank’d Discord member, from July 1st to the 31st, you will have access to these questions before it goes out to the rest of the community from August 1st to August 31st.

👉 Playdate Calendars & PCT Artbook important dates
As mentioned above, here are the deadlines:
Project Coffee Table - Books 1 & 2: The last day is July 30th.
2026 Calendar: The last day to send in your art and bio is August 19th. There are a few spaces left. Tell a friend or send in something yourself.
2025 Advent calendar: The last day to join up is September 30th. This will allow time for custom advent gifts to be made and shipped, ordering the physical Advent calendar box. It will be the same company as last year, but with a different color, and to start getting more behind the scene stuff ready on my end, so that you will receive your box by December 1st to follow along with the digital calendar.
The Discord chat to discuss the Advent calendar will happen in August along with selecting your Advent calendar date. The date will be announced shortly.
There’s still time to join and/or reserve your copies of the Project Coffee Table books, Advent calendar and/or 2026 Playdate Community Calendar. While joining some projects will end soon, (Project Coffee table) the book and calendar reservation window will remain open into September.
